Lessons from the Kitchen.

1. You can’t double baking recipes.

2. Don’t fight the saran wrap. It always wins.

3. Crack your eggs into a bowl before adding them.

4. Let the ingredients come to room temperature before baking.

5. Allow cookie dough to chill for 24 hrs, if possible.

6 .Use the best ingredients.

7. Buy multiple sets of measuring cups.

8. Invest in a good kitchen scale.

9. Don’t eat too much

10. Store ingredients correctly.

11. Sift if instructed to.

12. Use real buttermilk.
